In this week Hailey has already found her fingers and thumb to suck on... but this time I am not falling for the cuteness. No fingers, Hailey Bug! Noah is Still sucking his fingers at night and his teeth are paying the price! Speaking of which, I am trying a new chart with a new toy reward at the end of seven days. Please, please work, chart. Noah's teeth are getting bad! :(
Hailey had some tummy time today, very briefly though as she rolls herself right over! She also had a nice bath and didn't cry at all. This was our first day home alone together, too, which means we got to snuggle a lot this morning and I have had a lot of quiet time to get some things done, including updating this blog. Maybe I should have taken a nap instead of watching True Blood... :) Right now Hailey is enjoying her swing and the water and birdie sounds it plays. She just got mad because her hat started to cover her eyes, she really likes looking around! And now she is in Daddy's arms relaxing :).
I have been spending some time doing car research too, as Miles is on his last leg. $1400-1500 to get his engine fixed. Probably means its time for him to retire and us to get a new (used) car for the family. We were planning on getting another car anyway to replace Chris' truck that can only hold two people, but looks like we may be replacing Miles instead. It is unfortunate we'll have just one car that can cart everyone around, but we'll manage. :)
I am also constantly looking at craigslist to get a new double jogging stroller and a house to rent. I can't wait to start jogging again, and it is time for this family to get a yard!
