Epic Utah Trip!

To celebrate the milestone of turning 40, I planned an epic trip with good friends.  Dave dubbed it the "Epic Utah Trip", and that it was!

Photos of flight to Vegas and Vegas - We had dinner at the MGM Grand Buffet (all you can eat crab legs, steak, rib eye, and dessert!!) Then we saw the amazing Cirque de Solei show, Ka. It was incredible.  The floor rotated and moved from horizontal to vertical. It was insane.

Many Pools Hike and Lower Pine Creak Waterfall - We hiked a round trip of 2 miles that felt like 8 due to the heat.  The landscape was worth it, though.  After the mostly dry Many Pools hike, we went on another hike that promised to have a year-round creek and a swimming hole. It did not disappoint.

Angel's Landing and The Narrows - On my 40th birthday, I woke up in Zion National Park - my ultimate goal. Honestly, this trip was more amazing than i thought it could be. Tim and I woke up at like 5 in the morning to hike Angel's Landing - to beat the crowds, but mostly to beat the heat.  It was perfect going up and HOT going down. This hike was incredible.  Later that day, we also hiked in the Virgin River, "the Narrows".  I had also done this before, but it was still an incredible experience.
