we celebrated valentine's day wtih some little presents and heart pancakes.
we spent a gorgeous day in bellevue at the bellevue arts museum and downtown bellevue park. noah got to wear his cool shades and play some soccer and hailey got to go on the swings.
we spent the next day of my 5 day "vacation" home, because hailey got a fever and was pretty miserable. i pretty much spent the day wearing her after a sleepless night and she snoozed on and off. we have had another sleepless night, but she got rid of the fever after about a day and a half. took her to the doc, and she is fine aside from the cold she is fighting.
and yesterday, noah, hailey and i went on a hike (about an hour, noah did great, too!) at oo denney park to see Sylvia, the big tree, and just enjoy the great outdoors. we spent some time by the water enjoying a snack. then noah wanted to pretend to be a pirate and called me "captain" and we searched for "gold" (orange rocks) on the beach. when we got home we made a treasure map and treasure chest and played hide and seek for the treasure.
and this week we skyped with yia yia and grandma becuase they both had birthdays! Happy Birthday you two!! We love you!
