2 weeks old

Yesterday we went for a walk and saw this huge bull frog!
 And these turtles.

Today we had another picnic lunch.  I took this picture first, after Noah said he didn't want to be in the picture.

But when he saw me actually taking pictures without him, he joined in!

And this is the famous "poop face", first brought to you by Noah, and now Miss Hailey.

More tummy time (she hasn't rolled herself over since that first time).

Noah really wanted to join in!  :)
 Such a great big brother!

I took Hailey in to have our breastfeeding assessed... she is a lazy little eater, seems like I do most of the work as she falls asleep within minutes of starting to eat.   But whatever we are doing is working well because she is above expectations as far as weight gain goes!  Woohoo!  They really didn't have any suggestions for me regarding all the clicking noises she makes when she is eating.  Oh well. They were however concerned that her poop is now orange.  So, I took her in to see Dr. David (who I loved) and she wasn't in the least bit concerned.  She did a full body check up, though, and even explained some things that Dr. Howson didn't explain, and Hailey is 100% awesome.  She is doing great and the doc was impressed with her weight gain, too!  So, all her spitting up, farting and constant sleeping are par for the course :).  Its nice to get reassurance every once in a while, as I m such a worry wart.  So, as of today she weighs 7 pounds 14 1/2 ounces.

In other news, Chris and I bought a new car... well, we are buying it tomorrow, but Chris signed a purchase agreement indicating we will be buying it and we are going in tomorrow to make it final.  I was approved for a loan tonight online and am good to go!  So.... what did we get?  I can't believe it, but we are getting a minivan!  A Kia Sedona.  It's used, but I think we got a great deal on it with Miles as a trade in.  They gave us $3000 off to trade in our Honda, sight unseen.  I sure am going to miss my Honda CRV.  I mean, really miss it.  I loved that car so much.  He took me all around this entire country and on so many road trips.  Such an awesome, reliable car.  I really wanted to stay in the Honda family, but they are out of our price range right now.  Hopefully I will go back someday, but for now we feel great about the deal we got on the minivan and we're excited to take it out on some adventures with the family.  I think its going to be such a great road trip car!  So much fun to be had!!!
