Noah requested a Hot Wheels Party this year. It was really fun! We had it Juanita Beach Park this year, which is the park right down the road from our house. I am not sure why we haven't done that before!! It was perfect!
The party started with tattoos. Then they got to spread frosting on car cookies, and add chocolate wheels. Then they picked a cardboard box car and ran races around the cones, with a pit stop for water and new tires (mini chocolate donuts). I had signs that told them to go slow, bumpy road, reverse direction, etc. Super fun. Then they played with Noah's new super awesome hot wheels track and had some free play time - they created a tunnel with the box cars and ran around. Snacks were nothing too special - but a did make pasta salad with wheels pasta. And Noah got to pick out a candy - jelly beans. He also picked out Cheetos for another snack. And then some standards, Bugels, fruit veggies, drinks. And the cake of course - I didn't do cupcakes this time - just a cake with a art foam paper hot wheels track. It looked pretty cool. Noah said it was super fun and that he wants to have a Hot Wheels party every year. Success! He got lots of great presents (Thank You everyone!) and we ended the party with the Interview. Then... it started to rain and we had to hurry up and clean up the party and leave. :)

We also went out to dinner for his bday. He requested Plaza Garcia and had a burrito and got to where a sombrero as we all sang happy birthday to him!
I think Noah had a really great day. :) He did say at some point that he had too much sugar. Doh.
